Codename: Hitchhiker
Back in June 2002 Team ATOMiK began tinkering with super lightweight webserver software loaded on a USB thumb drive. We nicknamed the project "Hitchhiker"; an ultra portable, stand alone, webserver on a USB flash drive. Our toy never went to market, and now looking back we see that another group had the idea a little over a year before us and is currently selling the WebServUSB.com Way to go guys! Mad props for beating us to the punch and following through to end retail product. Further proof that not all our projects are as worthless as kiddies milking the Wii-mote. { see: Juxel for Wii }
123-12-3123
Most wanna be hackers know that stupid people choose stupid passwords like; LOVE, HATE, SEX, and GOD. However, you may not know that the most commonly used fake Social Security Number is: 123-12-3123. Big business, like banking and insurance, have systems in place to red flag, log, and even track persons attempting to use this erroneous number. I'll bet "Big Brother" is boggled by the amount of migrant farm workers using this identifier. So next time you have to fill in the nine digit blank, try and be a little more creative and use the second most commonly used fake SSN: 123-12-1234.

Get Great Head
TXT messaging seems to have taken over the world. However, if you have an oral fixation, then you should check out the JawBone. The JawBone is a wireless Bluetooth headset that supposedly has revolutionary noise cancellation capabilities, good enough to use while on a Chopper cruise.
The JawBone wireless Bluetooth headset works great with an unlocked AT&T Samsung A437 GoPhone.
Cellular vs. Landline
In May 2007 a TV news item on CTV in Canada stated that for the first time, the number of cell phone users has outnumbered fixed line users. If I recall correctly, that has been true in the United States since fall of 2006. I, myself, use T-Mobile's Hot Spot @ Home which is a celluar phone that also does VoIP.
Prank Caller! Prank Caller!
Bart Simpson's prank calls to Moe's Tavern are nearly legendary, but the sad fact is that some people actually go through life with those goofy names. The following Bart creations all exist within the Ancestry.com databases:
- Al Caholic
- Oliver Clothesoff
- I.P. Freely
- Seymour Butz
- Mike Rotch
- Hugh Jass
- Amanda Hugginkiss
- Ivana Tinkle
- Anita Bath
- Maya Buttreeks
~ This section of our website is dedicated to Whelan "DJNOTSODJ" Easley's mother; ileen Easley. Have another drink on us, ileen. And I'd like to give a shout out to my friends' from South Shore Middle School, the Cola family; Coka Cola and his brother Apple Cola. Last I heard, Coka went to jail for drug dealing and Apple's favorite candy is still the Green Apple Now and Laters.
Android iPhone Killer
In 2006 Dell company bought the Alienware company, well known for their PCs and laptops designs, specially for media and gaming. The aparition of this new concept gives one single clue, the colaboration between Google and Dell. The telephone based on a Google Android platform has a display of big dimensions plus support for video games with advanced graphics. People say that this concept will surpass iPhone.
iPhone 3G-S vs. Moto DynaTac 8000x
Designed by Rudy Krolopp, the Motorola DynaTac 8000X was the world’s first commercially available cell phone. First released in 1984, the phone weighed two pounds and was affectionately known as "the brick." The cost was $3,995. It took ten years to develop and had a half-hour talk time before needing to be recharged. The advantage it had over today's phones? It was nearly impossible to lose.
Cadillac_Richard of Team ATOMiK owned this phone in late '80s. Upgrading to the first generation flip phone a.k.a. the "half brick" or "flip brick" less than a year later.
